I'm looking to rent bchlr/1 bdrm apt. Self contained/No roomates. I'm 39, single white male. I have good credit and references. Non smoker, no pets, don't do drugs or drink. I'm quiet, respectful and clean. I have a small car, so there would have to be parking for it, on street parking is fine too. I can pay first months rent and security up front in cash. NOT looking for roommates. Looking for a self contained (kitchen/bedroom+bathroom) studio/bachelor or one bedroom apartment. Month to month lease ONLY to start, may be open to annual lease at a later date. Either Furnished or not is okay. I can afford to pay $750 per month for rent.
