Looking to rent Large apartments

Description

I'm looking for a room to rent or a studio for sublease/lease in downtown Los Angeles.

Professional female, mid-20s. Budget is $900 month. I have a cat, so please something pet friendly is appreciated.

Ideal apartment is in the heart of DTLA. Sublease or full lease is fine with me. Nothing outside of the Historic Core, Financial District or Fashion District. I love DTLA and all it has to offer. Currently reside in DTLA, but my building is a little "run down", and would like to come home to peace instead of the madness that happens inside of this building.

If I choose to room: preferably would like to room with a another professional female or student my age (a little younger okay, just be mature ), private room. Male OK, just no funny business.

About me: homebody, hardly drink, do not smoke or definitely do not do drugs. Would prefer the same from a potential roommate. Working 60 hour weeks, have good habits and hobbies.
